SHAD FRAZIER was appointed senior vice president, U.S. Onshore Operations, in April 2025.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Frazier served as vice president, Production Operations at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP. From 2006 to 2016, he held similar leadership positions at Legacy Reserves and SandRidge Energy. He began his career as an engineer at Anadarko Petroleum (recently acquired by Occidental Petroleum) and held a similar role at Samson Resources.
He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma University.
