SCOTT GRANDT was appointed senior vice president, U.S. Assets and Corporate Development in December 2025. In this expanded role, Mr. Grandt will oversee U.S. Onshore Operations, in addition to his continued leadership of U.S. Asset Development and Corporate Development.
Previously, he served as senior vice president, Development, overseeing the company’s Permian assets, Land, Suriname Development and Corporate Development. Mr. Grandt joined the company in 2023 as senior vice president, Corporate Development.
Prior to Apache, he was with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as managing director, Investment Banking, focusing on executing strategic and financial transactions for corporate clients and financial sponsors. Before that, he was with Alta Mesa Resources, leading the finance and investor relations function. He began his career at Citigroup, where he held various roles of increasing responsibility.
Mr. Grandt holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
